所谓精神薪酬,是满足员工心理需要为出发点的一种激励形式,比如:关怀、尊重、表扬等。它是以非物质性、非经济性形式表现出来的。比如工作本身的挑战性、责任感和发展空间以及良好的工作氛围等都能给员工带来极大的心理满足。运用恰当的精神薪酬,满足员工的这种需要,可以提高员工的自觉性、主动性和创造性,最大限度地激发员工潜能,以实现员工和企业的价值。
The so-called spiritual compensation, is to meet the psychological needs of employees as a starting point of an incentive form, such as: caring, respect, recognition and so on. It is expressed in non-material, non-economic form.
