我段从1985年1月上旬起,开始旧通用轴油的再生工作。从1～3月份的试制情况来看,再生通用轴油的十项理化指标即机械杂质、水份、运动粘度、低温动力粘度、粘度指数、开口闪点、水溶性酸碱、凝固点、挥发失重、腐蚀。比较棘手的是机械杂质。虽然已在工艺上做了些改进,但从近200罐次的试制结果分析,产品不合格的原因中,80%是机械杂质超过部颁指标。为了进一步提高再生通用轴油的质量和产量,我们于4月上旬起,在工艺上又做了改进。

In order to further improve the quality and yield of the regenerated common shaft oil, we started to make technological improvements in early April.
