目的:研究杨梅叶蚊母树的化学成分。方法:用硅胶等色谱技术分离化合物,经理化性质及波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了8个酚类化合物,分别为4-羟基-2-甲氧基苯酚1-O-β-D-(6′-O-没食子酰基)葡萄糖苷(1),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯酚1-O--βD-(6′-O-没食子酰基)葡萄糖苷(2),3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚1-O--βD-(6′-O-没食子酰基)葡萄糖苷(3),1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),没食子酸甲酯(5),没食子酸乙酯(6),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(7),没食子酸(8)。结论:8个化合物均为首次从该属植物中得到,正确归属了化合物1的13C-NMR数据。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the mother tree of Myrica rubra. Methods: The compounds were separated by chromatographic techniques such as silica gel, and the chemical structure and spectral analysis were used to identify the structures of the compounds. Results: Eight phenolic compounds were identified and isolated from them. They were 4-hydroxy-2-methoxyphenol 1-O-β-D-(6′-O-galloyl) glucoside (1), 4-hydroxy 3-methoxyphenol 1-O--βD-(6’-O-galloyl)glucoside (2), 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol 1-O--βD-(6’- O-galloyl acyl) glucoside (3), 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucoside (4), methyl gallate (5), ethyl gallate (6), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (7), Gallic acid (8). Conclusion: All 8 compounds were obtained from this genus for the first time. The 13C-NMR data of compound 1 were correctly assigned.
