在建立除雪作业效率、功耗数学方程的基础上,分析以装载机为牵引主机的多功能除雪机专用浮雪清除属具—螺旋集雪器的结构参数及其对除雪作业性能的影响;在此基础上,建立以功耗最小和除雪作业效率最高为目标函数的数学模型,优化分析螺旋集雪器的结构参数;经结构参数优化的集雪器除雪作业效率显著提高。
Based on the establishment of the mathematical model of efficiency and power consumption of snow removal, the structural parameters of snow-assisted snow removal device and its effect on the performance of snow removal operation are analyzed. Based on this, a mathematical model with the objective of minimizing the power consumption and snow removing operation was established, and the structural parameters of spiral snow sketcher were optimized and analyzed. The snow removal efficiency was significantly improved by optimizing the structural parameters.
