我们在检验ICr5Mo钢的实际晶粒时,用直接侵蚀的方法很难使晶界显示出来.经多次试验,摸索出一种显示该钢晶粒的方法,现介绍如下.1 方法先将被检试样进行550℃×3h回火处理,然后抛光,用4%硝酸酒精侵蚀后,即可在100倍光学显微镜下观察其晶粒.附图为用该方法显示的晶粒,其晶界清晰完整.2 讨论在热加工及热处理过程中,晶界是相变过程优先发生变化和杂质元素偏聚区域.显示晶粒的方法可借助于这些变化即用晶界上存在的物相来反映出晶界.我们对1Cr5Mo钢的试验正是基于这种想法.
