在注水泥施工过程中,如何合理控制井下各种参数的变化**,对保证注水泥顶替质量是非常重要的。介绍近年合作开发的注水泥设计与仿真系统基本功能结构、设计思路和主要的模型特点;并着重介绍了该系统在现场的应用情况,分析了这一系统的适用性,提出了如何运用该系统辅助现场提高固井质量的一些方法。并通过大量的现场使用结果可以看出,整个系统所建立的设计模型是合理的、准确的。为现场提供了从水泥浆参数设计、用量、计算、顶替排量要求到注水泥过程动态模拟等多种设计功能,方便了施工人员掌握应用。
In the process of cementing construction, how to reasonably control the change of various parameters in the well is very important to ensure the replacement quality of cement injection. This paper introduces the basic functional structure, design ideas and main model features of the cement injection molding and simulation system developed in recent years. It also introduces the application of the system in the field, analyzes the applicability of the system, and proposes how to use the system Auxiliary site to improve the quality of cementing some of the ways.
