以硝酸铈胺为引发剂,用正交实验研究了玉米淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚反应的规律.实验结果表明,丙烯酰胺浓度为1.1mol/l,引发剂浓度为6g/1,反应温度为30~40℃,反应时间3h,反应体系的接枝率较高.接枝共聚物采用酸性水解,粘度法测定支链相对分子质量.
Using ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator, the orthogonal experiment was used to study the law of graft copolymerization of corn starch and acrylamide. The experimental results show that the grafting rate of the reaction system is high with the concentration of acrylamide of 1.1mol / l, the initiator concentration of 6g / 1, the reaction temperature of 30 ~ 40 ℃ and the reaction time of 3h.
