为明确水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米(Zea mays L.var.saccharata Sturt)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,采用室内培养皿法,研究了水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米种子发芽率、发芽势,幼苗苗高、根长、总干重、相对含水量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标的影响。结果表明,水稻秸秆浸提液对甜玉米种子发芽率、发芽势,幼苗苗高、根长、总干重的影响表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。并且低浓度的水稻秸秆浸提液能够提高甜玉米叶片的CAT、SOD和POD活性,降低MDA含量,维持细胞质膜的稳定和完整性。
In order to clarify the effect of rice straw extract on seed germination and seedling growth of sweet corn (Zea mays L.var.saccharata Sturt), indoor straw culture was used to study the effect of rice straw extract on germination rate, germination potential , Seedling height, root length, total dry weight, relative water content, peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase (CAT) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) Content and other indicators of the impact. The results showed that the effects of rice straw extract on seed germination rate, germination potential, seedling height, root length and total dry weight of sweet corn were promoted by low concentration and inhibited by high concentration. Low concentrations of rice straw extract could increase the activities of CAT, SOD and POD, lower the content of MDA and maintain the stability and integrity of plasma membrane.
