广西玉柴机器股份有限公司多年来陆续从德、美、英、瑞典等国家引进数控设备200多台套,总价值6551万美元,这些设备精度高、技术先进、自动化程度高,为企业扩大生产、提高产品质量提供了坚实的物质基础。我公司已于1996年顺利通过ISO9001质量体系认证验收,各项主要经济技术指标居全国机械行业之前列。这些成就与我们重视进口设备管理是分不开的。笔者现就如何管好、用好这些进口设备,谈些体会。 一、重视进口设备操作维修人员的培训 由于进口设备普遍采用计算
