为研究煤焦沥青烟气对人体肝脏供血功能影响。本文选择86名某厂沥青作业工人为接触组,同时选择268名无毒物接触史的健康人为对照组。对肝血流图指标:收缩波幅(hs)、舒张波幅(hd)、Z波(dz/dt)波幅、O波(dz/dt)波幅、快速充盈时间(ΔT)及充盈指数(g)、扩张指数(Y)进行各组间比较分析。结果接触组肝动脉瞬时灌注量、门静脉瞬时灌注量及弹性均与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。高剂量接触组肝动脉充盈程度、瞬时灌注量、弹性及门静脉充盈程度都与低剂量接触组存在显著性差异(P<005)。高剂量接触组沥青作业工龄分别与hs、Z波(dz/dt)波幅、g呈负相关(P<0.01)。由此表明沥青烟气对人体肝脏供血功能存在毒作用
In order to study the influence of coal tar pitch flue gas on the hepatic blood supply function of human body. In this paper, 86 workers from a factory asphalt working group were selected as the contact group, and 268 healthy people without history of exposure to poison were selected as the control group. The indexes of hepatic blood flow were as follows: hs, dz / dt, dz / dt, fast filling time (ΔT) and filling index Expansion index (Y) for comparative analysis among groups. Results The transient hepatic artery perfusion volume, portal vein transient perfusion and elasticity in the exposure group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.01). High-dose exposure group hepatic artery filling degree, instantaneous perfusion, elasticity and degree of filling of the portal vein and the low-dose exposure group there was a significant difference (P <0 05). The working age of asphalt in high-dose exposure group was negatively correlated with the amplitude of hs and Z wave (dz / dt), g (P <0.01). This shows that asphalt fumes on the human liver has a toxic effect on blood supply
