研究了碱浓度Ma和邻硝基甲苯浓度MONT对氧气液相氧化邻硝基甲苯制取邻硝基苯甲酸的影响。发现在NaOH甲醇溶液中选择的Ma=4.0mol/L和MONT=0.2mol/L于2.0MPa、50℃下反应12h,可以获得585%的ONBA粗品收率,且其纯度可达985%。
The effects of alkali concentration (Ma) and o-nitrotoluenes concentration (MONT) on the o-nitrobenzoic acid oxidation by o-nitrobenzene were investigated. The results showed that the crude product yield of ONBA was 585% when Ma = 4.0mol / L and MONT = 0.2mol / L in NaOHmethanol solution were reacted at 2.0MPa and 50 ℃ for 12h, and the purity Up to 98 5%.
