以Al_2O_3为载体,采用共浸渍法制备Ni-Co双金属催化剂,研究了Ni-Co摩尔比对CO_2甲烷化催化研究影响。分别采用低温氮气吸附脱附、X射线衍射、CO_2化学吸附、H_2-TPD、H_2-TPR对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,Co的加入对催化剂表面的酸碱性和Ni晶粒尺寸没有显著影响,但却显著提高了催化剂的催化性能,通过在线检测发现,加入Co后催化剂的二氧化碳的裂解温度显著降低,说明Co的加入显著降低了反应的活化能,提高了催化剂的性能。
Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts were prepared by co-impregnation method using Al 2 O 3 as carrier. The effect of molar ratio of Ni-Co on CO 2 methanation was studied. The catalysts were characterized by low temperature nitrogen adsorption and desorption, X-ray diffraction, CO 2 chemisorption, H 2 -TPD and H 2 -TPR respectively. The results showed that the addition of Co had no significant effect on the surface acidity, alkalinity and Ni grain size, But the catalytic performance of the catalyst was significantly improved. The on-line test found that the cracking temperature of the carbon dioxide of the catalyst significantly decreased after the addition of Co, indicating that the addition of Co significantly reduces the activation energy of the reaction and improves the performance of the catalyst.
