本院研制的锆铝合金消气剂已在灯泡、电子管、稀有气体净化、消气剂泵、碱金属释放器等方面广泛应用。本文介绍了采用真空熔炼、粉末轧制等新工艺生产的消气剂产品的化学成分、相组成和吸气特性。并与国外同类产品作了比较。同时还叙述了该消气剂的使用方法和要求。前言锆铝消气剂含84%锆和16%铝,是由多相金属间化合物组成的合金。它能与各种活性气体发生物理、化学作用产生优异的消气效果,将其装入电真空器件中可提高真空度,保证高可靠长寿命地工作。因此锆铝消气剂已成为一种重要的电真空材料。锆铝消气剂还可用作惰性气体净化剂、消气剂泵的泵芯材料、碱金属释放器的还原剂
