以HX_D1D型机车为平台,展开对客运机车制动盘和闸片的技术研究,并开发了适合160 km/h及以上速度等级客运电力机车的铸钢制动盘和粉末冶金闸片。经过大量的1:1型式试验验证,其满足相关的技术要求。装车考核结果显示,机车铸钢制动盘和粉末冶金闸片完全满足160 km/h及以上速度等级客运电力机车的实际使用要求。
Based on the HX_D1D locomotive, the technical research on the brake discs and brake pads of passenger locomotives was started. The brake discs and powder metallurgy brake discs suitable for passenger electric locomotives with speeds of 160 km / h and above were developed. After a large number of 1: 1 type test to verify that it meets the relevant technical requirements. Loading test results show that locomotive cast steel brake discs and powder metallurgy brake discs fully meet the 160 km / h and above the actual level of passenger electric locomotive speed requirements.
