对钢筋的控轧控冷工艺和传统生产工艺做了对比分析 ,根据现场数据计算分析了控轧控冷工艺的节能效果。分析结果表明 :采用控制轧制工艺可节约加热炉能源 ,采用控制冷却工艺可节约热处理能源。控轧与控冷相结合不但可实现节能 ,还可大幅度提高钢材综合力学性能 ,减少氧化烧损 ,降低生产成本 ,具有良好的综合经济效益。
The controlled rolling and controlled cooling of the steel and the traditional production process were compared and analyzed, and the energy saving effect of the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process was calculated and analyzed according to the field data. The analysis results show that the control of the rolling process can save the heating furnace energy, the use of controlled cooling process can save heat treatment energy. The combination of controlled rolling and controlled cooling can not only achieve energy saving, but also greatly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of steel, reduce oxidation burn, reduce production costs, with good comprehensive economic benefits.
