分层教学推广和发展的主要障碍是基础层次的学生在试点实验中未能达到预期的教学效果。基础层次的学生之所以不能达到预期的教学效果,是因为人们错误地认为学生的学习成绩是由接受能力的差异造成的。研究发现,智力因素只是导致基础学生成绩不理想的次要因素,更主要的是心理因素、行为习惯、对教学方法的适应,以及学习环境等多方面的非智力因素造成的。根据学生的个性特点,有针对性地采取相应策略,即使是基础层次的学生,物理素养同样能得到大幅度提高。
The main obstacle to the promotion and development of the layered teaching is that the students at the basic level fail to achieve the expected teaching effect in the pilot experiments. The reason why the basic level of students can not achieve the expected teaching effect is because people mistakenly think that the students’ academic performance is caused by the difference of acceptability. The study found that intellectual factors are only secondary factors leading to unsatisfactory results of basic students, but more importantly psychological factors, behavioral habits, adaptation to teaching methods, and non-intellectual factors such as learning environment. According to the characteristics of students’ personality, we can take the corresponding strategies accordingly. Even for the students at the basic level, the physical literacy can be greatly improved.
