Practical English refers to the collection of some English sentences, dialogues and phrases which are most commonly used in the field of English. It is ex-tracted from spoken English.“self-study”, as the name implies, is not in school, there is no teacher often pointed out, all on their own learning. At all times and in all over the world, in difficult conditions, by their own diligent study, in-depth study and make knowledge, and even great contributions, in the literary and artistic circles, Scien-tific and technological circles are not short of its people. In Foreign Language Learning, revolutionary instructors have set an example for future generations. Marxism taught himself several foreign languages, including English and Russian. Vladimir Lenin taught himself English while living in exile with his revolutionary partner. It has been proved that self-study of foreign languages is possible. We must see that language is, in the final analysis, a tool for people to exchange ideas for social intercourse. Its own attributes, it is decided that it is best to be in a certain form of common use to learn. The so-called external conditions include occasional instruction (verbal or written) from a teacher (or someone a few steps ahead of him) , English TV and radio programs, computer network materials, and audio recordings, machine and tape, Ra-dio, reference books, reference books and certain reading materials.
