目的:了解银川市三区8年来集体儿童体格发育状况及患病率情况。方法:对银川市三区2000～2007集体儿童体检资料进行分析。结果:8年来集体儿童体重、身高达均值率虽然有所波动,但整体处于提高趋势,低体重发生率明显改善,银川市学龄前儿童视力低下不算太高,龋齿检出率低于国内某些大城市。结论:银川地区集体儿童体格发育状况良好,患病率不高,但要重视低收入家庭儿童的生长发育,广泛大力开展健康教育,合理膳食、均衡营养,对低体重儿及早进行预防和干预,更加重视眼和口腔保健。
Objective: To understand the status quo and prevalence of collective children’s physical development in three districts of Yinchuan in the past eight years. Methods: The physical examination data of collective children from 2000 to 2007 in three districts of Yinchuan City were analyzed. Results: Though the average weight-averaged rate of collective children fluctuated during the past eight years, the overall trend was increasing while the incidence of low weight was significantly improved. The presbyopic children in Yinchuan City were not too low in vision, and the detection rate of dental caries was lower than that in China Some big cities. CONCLUSION: The collective children in Yinchuan have a good physical development status and a low prevalence. However, they should pay attention to the growth and development of children in low-income families, carry out health education, reasonable diet and balanced nutrition extensively, prevent and interfere with low birth weight children as soon as possible, Pay more attention to eye and oral health.
