本文对铜、康铜、可伐合金、不锈钢、钼等9种材料的圆形零件拉延时的压边力对冲件侧壁厚度及高度变化的影响作了测量及分析,并给出了这些材料的单位压边力数据,可供模具设计时参考。在拉延过程中,当凸缘上施加一定的压边力后,可以使板材由于受切向压应力所产生的塑性不稳定现象(如起皱等)减小。但当压边力在使冲件能够成形的一定范围内,如果压边力逐渐增大,则冲件的侧壁变薄,高度则逐渐增加。对若干种圆筒形拉延件进行实测结果表明,其相对高度增加值随单位压边力的增加按近似于抛物线增加。当压边力太大时,冲件的口部会出现向内倾斜的趋势。如果压边力过大,则使冲件出现脱底。冲制带凸缘的拉延件时,压边力对其凸缘部分的回弹有一定的影响。压边力增大,可使回弹量减小。对若干拉延件进行测量,其结果表明:回弹量随单位压边力的增加按近似于直线下降。
