采用问卷调查法和访谈法对云南少数民族地区中小学教师的科研状况进行调查研究,其结果表明,云南少数民族地区中小学教师的科研存在认识与行动之间的内在矛盾,为了化解这一矛盾,应建立激励机制、加强教师科研培训、搭建科研平台以及加快中小学科研质量标准和评价体系的研制,切实提高云南少数民族地区中小学教师的科研能力和水平。
The questionnaire survey and interviews were used to investigate the research status of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan. The results showed that the primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan’s minority nationalities had inherent contradictions between cognition and action. To resolve this contradiction, , Encourage mechanisms should be established to strengthen teachers’ scientific research and training, set up scientific research platforms and speed up the development of scientific research standards and evaluation system in primary and secondary schools so as to effectively improve the scientific research capabilities and levels of primary and secondary school teachers in Yunnan’s ethnic minority areas.
