在钻井过程中,岩屑的沉降速度与钻井水力参数、泥浆流变性能密切相关,它直接影响固相含量和钻速。因此,研究岩屑沉降规律,并应用于钻井过程,是钻井技术的基本内容之一。本文参考国外钻井水力学,泥浆流变学等有关文献,试图进行岩屑沉降的理论计算,阐明其推导过程,明确其应用条件。结合钻井过程中的实际问题,进行定量计算,并提出岩屑输送比,岩屑当量直径和岩屑当量沉降速度的实用计算法。
During the drilling process, the settling velocity of cuttings is closely related to drilling hydraulic parameters and mud rheological properties, which directly affects the solid content and the drilling rate. Therefore, studying the law of settlement of cuttings and applying it to the drilling process is one of the basic contents of drilling technology. In this paper, reference to foreign drilling hydraulics, mud rheology and other relevant literature, trying to theoretical calculation of settlement of cuttings to clarify its derivation process, to clarify its application conditions. Combined with the actual problems in the drilling process, the quantitative calculation is carried out, and the practical calculation method of the cuttings conveying ratio, the cuttings equivalent diameter and the cuttings equivalent sedimentation speed is proposed.
