通过建立分光光度法测定工业循环冷却水和锅炉用水中硅方法的数学模型,对拟评定的检测结果受影响的各种因素进行分析,逐一对影响检测结果因素进行标准不确定度分量的评定,从而计算出该分析方法的合成不确定度及结果扩展不确定度。
Through the establishment of mathematical model of spectrophotometry for determination of silicon in industrial circulating cooling water and boiler water, the various factors that affect the test results to be evaluated are analyzed. The standard uncertainty components which affect the test results are evaluated one by one. Thus, the uncertainty of the synthesis and the result of extended uncertainty of the analytical method are calculated.
