应用通径分析探讨榆林沙区樟子松林地5种土壤化学因子对4种土壤酶活性的影响程度。结果表明:随着林龄增加,土壤酶活性不断增加,土壤化学性质多呈波动性增加的趋势;碱解氮和速效磷是影响蔗糖酶和碱性磷酸酶活性的主要因子,而有机质主要通过强烈的间接作用影响两种酶活性的变化;有机质和碱解氮是影响过氧化氢酶活性的主要因子;pH和速效钾对4种酶活性影响力较小;5种化学因子对脲酶活性的直接效应多与间接效应抵消。与简单相关分析相比,通径分析能更深入地揭示土壤化学性质对酶活性的影响程度。
Applying Path Analysis to Study the Effect Degree of Five Soil Chemical Factors on Soil Enzyme Activity in Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica in the Yulin Sandy Area. The results showed that with the increasing of age, soil enzyme activities increased continuously, and the chemical properties of soils tended to fluctuate more and more. Both basic nitrogen and available phosphorus were the main factors affecting the activity of invertase and alkaline phosphatase. However, Strong indirect effects on the changes of the activity of the two enzymes; organic matter and alkaline hydrolysis of nitrogen is the main factor affecting the catalase activity; pH and available potassium on four kinds of enzyme activity less; five kinds of chemical factors on urease activity Direct effects and indirect effects offset. Compared with the simple correlation analysis, the path analysis can reveal more deeply the influence degree of the soil chemistry on the enzyme activity.
