本文首次将乙醇-水混合溶剂引入毛细管胶束电动色谱中,在自制的电动色谱装置上,采用40%乙醇-水混合溶剂的十二烷基硫酸钠胶束溶液和0.05mm内径45cm长的弹性石英毛细管,在18kV电压下成功地分离了十种多环芳烃。探讨了乙醇在分离中的作用。并研究了乙醇含量、胶束溶液浓度和缓冲溶液浓度等对分离的影响。
In this paper, the ethanol-water mixed solvent was introduced into capillary micellar electrokinetic chromatography for the first time. On the self-made electrokinetic chromatography device, a 40% ethanol-water mixed solvent of sodium dodecyl sulfate micelles solution and a 0.05mm diameter 45cm elastic Quartz capillaries, ten polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were successfully separated at 18 kV. The role of ethanol in the separation was discussed. The effects of ethanol concentration, micellar solution concentration and buffer solution concentration on the separation were studied.
