采用硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)为改性剂对粉煤灰表面进行改性。以聚醚多元醇(TDB2000、TMN3050)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-50)为原料,合成聚氨酯弹性体预聚体,选用粉煤灰作为填料,制得聚氨酯/粉煤灰复合材料。研究了粉煤灰对复合材料的抗压强度、弹性模量、耐碱性和耐盐性等性能的影响。结果表明:聚氨酯/改性粉煤灰复合材料与聚氨酯/未改性粉煤灰复合材料、纯聚氨酯弹性体相比较,具有优异的耐抗压强度、耐碱性、耐盐性及较高的弹性模量等。
Silane coupling agent (KH-560) was used as modifier to modify the surface of fly ash. Polyurethane / fly ash composites were prepared by polyether polyol (TDB2000, TMN3050) and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI-50) as raw materials to prepare polyurethane elastomer prepolymer, and using fly ash as filler. The effects of fly ash on the compressive strength, elastic modulus, alkali resistance and salt resistance of the composites were studied. The results show that the polyurethane / modified fly ash composite has excellent compressive strength, alkali resistance, salt tolerance and high resistance compared with polyurethane / unmodified fly ash composite and pure polyurethane elastomer Elastic modulus and so on.
