1991年8月15～18日,由中国铁道学会主持的重载运输效率与安全学术会议在北京召开。来自31个单位的领导干部、专家、学者和科技人员共115名代表出席了会议。会议共交流了98篇论文,并评选出30篇论文,作为参加第五届国际重载运输会议的初选论文。大会围绕两项中心议题:1.为推动我国重载运输技术的发展献计献策;2.为1993年将在我国举行的第五届国际重载运输会议推荐优秀论文进行了深入和热烈的讨论。与会代表共同回顾了我国重载运输十多年来所走过的道路;正视了当前重载运输尚未真正形成生产力问题的严重性;从不同的角度论证了进一步加快我国重载运输发展的紧迫性和有利条件。
From August 15 to August 18, 1991, the academic conference on the efficiency and safety of heavy haul transportation hosted by China Railway Society was held in Beijing. A total of 115 representatives of leading cadres, experts, scholars and scientific and technological personnel from 31 units attended the meeting. A total of 98 papers were exchanged and 30 papers were selected as primary papers for the Fifth International Conference on Heavy Haul Transport. The conference focused on two central issues: 1. To promote the development of heavy-haul transport technology in our country; 2. For in 1993 will be held in China’s Fifth International Heavy Transport Conference recommended excellent papers were in-depth and lively discussion. The delegates reviewed together the road traveled by China over the past decade or so; faced with the seriousness of the current problem of heavy-haul transport that has yet to really form a productive force; and demonstrated the urgency of further accelerating the development of China’s heavy haulage transport from different perspectives And favorable conditions.
