目的 讨论加味清金化痰汤联合穴位贴敷治疗痰热郁肺型慢性咳嗽的临床疗效观察.方法 选用患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组各31例,对照组给与特色穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配以加味清金化痰汤,均治疗2个月,对比2组的疗效及主要临床症状与体征好转、消失时间.结果 观察组治疗后总有效率87.10％显著高于对照组80.66％(?P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰消失时间均显著低于对照组(?P<0.05).结论 加味清金化痰汤配合穴位贴敷对于痰热郁肺型慢性咳嗽疗效明显,显著缩短咳嗽、咳痰次数及时间.
