2011年底,虽然成立还不到两年,处于创业期的长征学院就开始着手引进ISO10015培训国际标准。当时,国内通过这一认证的机构不超过百家。对于一家新成立的企业大学来说,培训体系建设、课程开发、师资队伍、案例库建设等工作似乎显得更加现实而急迫,但是长征学院不这么看。对照“成就一流国际宇航公司的企业大学”的目标,国际化、对标一流,这些关键词指引着长征学院从一开始就力求站得高、看得远。ISO10015是世界上唯一获得认可的培训国际标准,1999年由国际标准组织颁布,2001年引入中国。 At the end of 2011, although it was established in less than two years, the Changzheng College in its start-up period started to introduce ISO10015 training to international standards. ISO10015 is the only internationally recognized training standard in the world. It was promulgated by the International Standards Organization in 1999 and introduced to China in 2001.
