本方法是将固体菌种加水液化后,再接种栽培。此法较常规接种法有以下优点:(1)水溶菌种与培养料接触紧密,接触面大,所以发菌速度快;(2)菌种用量较少,一般常规接种法需用菌种量占培养料的10％,而此法只需6％—7％的菌种;(3)接种简单,速度快,省工省力省时;(4)栽培成本比常规接种法低。
