胜利油田在改制之后,企业的任务目标有了重大的改变。胜利油田改制企业要想在激烈的市场中提高自身竞争实力,就必须不断提高企业成本管理水平。长期以来,胜利油田改制企业在成本管理上,存在着许多需要解决的问题。本文主要分析了胜利油田改制企业存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策,旨在不断完善成本控制,降低生产成本,提高胜利油田改制企业的经济效益。
After the reform of Shengli Oilfield, the mission objectives of the company have undergone major changes. Shengli Oilfield restructuring enterprises in order to improve their competitive strength in the fierce market, we must continuously improve the level of corporate cost management. For a long time, Shengli Oilfield restructuring enterprises in cost management, there are many problems to be solved.
