一、冻害温度杏树虽然耐寒性能较强,但是在花期和幼果期最容易遭受晚霜低温伤害,造成冻花冻果,导致杏树减产或产量不稳。在花蕾期温度低于-3.9℃,花期低于-2.2℃,幼果期低于-0.6℃,低温时间超过30分钟,容易发生冻害。杏树对低温的忍受力是花芽萌动期较强,其次为盛花期,子房膨大和幼果期最弱。
