关于行星轮系效率的计算问题,一直是人们关注的机构学问题之一,国内外研究的人很多。但由于轮系组成形式的千变万化,各种方法均给不出一个通用的行星轮系效率计算公式,给工程设计带来一定的困难。本文提供的程序,适用于1K、2K、3K等类型的各种行星轮系的效率计算,它对从事实际设计工作的人员会有很大的帮助。(含有封闭式行星轮系及更复杂轮系效率计算的通用程序,将以应用软件的形式对外转让)
The calculation of the efficiency of planetary gear trains has always been one of the institutional problems that people are paying attention to and there are many people studying at home and abroad. However, due to the ever-changing composition of the wheel system, various methods have not given a universal formula for calculating the efficiency of the planetary gear train, which brings some difficulties to engineering design. The program provided in this paper is suitable for the efficiency calculation of various types of planetary gear trains such as 1K, 2K and 3K. It will be of great help to those engaged in practical design work. (General procedure for calculating the efficiency of closed planetary gear trains and more complex gear trains, to be externally transferred in the form of application software)
