在大批量生产中,许多工厂在调整机床时,习惯采用极限量规测量试切零件的方法。但是,用这种方法,调整机床费时,工艺稳定性差,零件尺寸分散,一致性差,产品精度贮备低。应用正态分布理论调整机床,采用计量试切零件的加法,可以克服以上的缺点,提高零件的机械加工精度。一、采用极限量规测量试切零件方法的缺点从理论和实践都已证明,在大批量生产过程中,机械加工零件的尺寸分布,符合正态分布规律。因此用正态分布理论,分析用极限量规测量试切零件调整机庆的方法,就会发现它有许多缺点。
In high-volume production, many factories are accustomed to using limit gauges to measure test-cut parts when adjusting their machines. However, with this method, it is time-consuming to adjust the machine tool, the process stability is poor, the size of the parts is scattered, the consistency is poor, and the product precision reserve is low. Applying the normal distribution theory to adjust the machine tool, adopting the addition of measuring test-cutting parts can overcome the above shortcomings and improve the machining precision of the parts. First, the use of limit gauge measuring the shortcomings of the method of cutting parts from both theory and practice have proved that in the mass production process, the size distribution of machined parts, in line with the normal distribution. Therefore, with the normal distribution theory, the method of measuring the cutting and adjusting of parts by the limit gauge is analyzed and it is found that there are many disadvantages.
