中职生英语基础薄弱是不争的事实,普遍存在兴趣缺乏、内驱力不足的现象,没有养成良好的英语学习习惯,进而对英语学习失去信心。加上不少学生主观上认为职校生主要是学习专业技术,对文化课极不重视。笔者结合教学实践,认为只有走进学生的心里,激发他们的学习内驱力,锤炼课堂,即时辅导,才能改变当前中职英语课堂教学“积贫积弱”的现状。一、关爱鼓励学生,增进师生情感教师不仅要帮助学生解答问题,还应该像父母对待
The weak English foundation of secondary vocational students is an indisputable fact, the prevalence of lack of interest, lack of drive within the phenomenon, not to develop good English learning habits, and thus lose confidence in learning English. Coupled with many students subjectively think that vocational school students mainly learn professional skills, very little emphasis on culture. The author combines teaching practice, that only into the hearts of students, to stimulate their learning drive, temper the classroom, immediate counseling, in order to change the current vocational English classroom teaching “poor and weak ” the status quo.
