编辑同志: 我是一宾馆女服务员,准备与宾馆签订3年期劳动 合同。宾馆表示我每天工作6小时,但没有休息日。我则 提出每周要有休息日,好处理一些家务事;但宾馆方强 调,每天工作6小时,每周工作时间比劳动法规定的44 小时还少2小时,因此不能享有休息日。 请问,宾馆方的说法有法律依据吗?
Edit comrades: I am a hotel waitress, ready to sign with the hotel 3-year labor contract. Hotel said I work 6 hours a day, but no rest day. I proposed that there should be a weekly rest day so as to handle some housework. However, the hotel side stressed that working 6 hours a day, working hours per week is two hours less than the 44 hours stipulated by the Labor Law and therefore can not enjoy rest days. Excuse me, the hotel side of the argument has a legal basis?
