目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎中西医结合综合治疗的效果.方法 对186例溃疡性结肠炎患者,按疾病的分级、分期、分段的原则,采用中西医结合综合治疗和传统药物治疗进行对比研究.结果 中西医结合治疗组完全缓解率和总有效率明显高于对照组,缓解时间短于对照组,而其复发率低于对照组,复发时间长于对照组,两组比较治疗效果有显著性差异(所有P值均＜ 0.05).结论 中西医结合综合治疗患者依从性好、治疗效果满意、复发率低、不良反应少.
