采用φ100mm分离式Hopkinson压杆(split Hopkinson pressure bar,SHPB)试验装置研究了聚苯乙烯(expanded polystyrene,EPS)混凝土在不同应变率下的能量吸收特性。以比能量法作为评价指标,分析了应变率效应以及EPS体积掺量对EPS混凝土吸能特性的影响。探讨了能量吸收特性与试件破坏形态之间的关系。结果表明:EPS混凝土材料的高应变率吸能性能呈现出显著的应变率相关性。随着EPS体积掺量的增加,EPS混凝土的吸能能力先升后降,在EPS体积掺量为20%~30%时出现峰值。
The energy absorption characteristics of expanded polystyrene (EPS) concrete at different strain rates were investigated using a φ100 mm split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test apparatus. Taking the specific energy method as the evaluation index, the effect of strain rate effect and EPS volume content on the energy absorption characteristics of EPS concrete was analyzed. The relationship between the energy absorption characteristics and the specimen failure morphology was discussed. The results show that the EPS of concrete has a significant strain rate dependence. With the increase of EPS volume, the energy absorption capacity of EPS concrete first increased and then decreased, and peaked when EPS volume content was 20% ~ 30%.
