先天性心脏病是新生儿最常见的疾病之一。骨形态形成蛋白-2(BMP-2)是转化生长因子超家族成员,BMP-2最初发现是与骨和软骨形成有关,现在认为是多重作用的细胞因子,尤其在心肌细胞分化和心脏发育中起重要作用。通过大量的实验方法包括基因敲除和转基因方法发现,BMP-2及其受体尤其是BMP受体-IA在心肌细胞分化和心脏发育过程中扮演重要的角色。该文简要综述了近年来BMP-2及其受体与先天性心脏病的关系。
Congenital heart disease is one of the most common neonatal diseases. Bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2) is a member of the transforming growth factor superfamily. BMP-2 was initially found to be involved in bone and cartilage formation and is now considered a multi-acting cytokine, especially in cardiomyocyte differentiation and cardiac development makes an important impact. Through a large number of experimental methods including gene knockout and transgenic methods, it has been found that BMP-2 and its receptor, especially BMP receptor-IA, play an important role in cardiomyocyte differentiation and cardiac development. This article briefly reviewed the relationship between BMP-2 and its receptor and congenital heart disease in recent years.
