目的评价改良的耳蜗后前位数字化X线摄影(DR)在耳蜗植入术中的应用价值。方法 30例内耳疾病或感音性聋患者(男17例,女13例,年龄17 d~45岁,平均6岁)均在人工耳蜗植入术后,接受了改良的耳蜗后前位DR。结果改良的耳蜗后前位DR能清晰显示植入耳蜗的电极串整个形态及位置,电极的数目及深度,并能辨认前庭和上、外半规管的形态。与传统的X线摄影比较,改良的耳蜗后前位DR可使头颅摆位更加简便,从而简化操作步骤,缩短曝光时间,减小患者的辐射剂量,同时,能明显地提高图像质量。结论改良的耳蜗后前位DR比传统X线摄影具有明显优势,在人工耳蜗植入术中有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To evaluate the value of improved digital cochlear digital radiography (DR) in cochlear implantation. Methods Thirty patients with inner ear disease or sensorineural deafness (17 males and 13 females, aged 17-45 years, average 6 years) received a modified posterior cochlear DR after cochlear implantation. Results The improved posterior cochlear DR could clearly show the whole morphology and location of the implanted cochlear electrode, the number and depth of the electrodes, and the vestibular and superior semicircular canals. Compared with traditional X-ray photography, improved posterior cochlear DR makes head positioning much easier, which simplifies the procedure, shortens the exposure time, reduces the patient’s radiation dose and at the same time significantly improves the image quality. Conclusion The improved DR posterior DR has obvious advantages over traditional X-ray photography and has broad application prospect in cochlear implantation.
