周家湾煤矿轨道大巷围岩性质为软岩,埋藏较深,地应力高。一次支护后,巷道变形破坏严重,需要进行二次支护。通过分析,确定提高和利用围岩残余强度,支护体与围岩相互协调作用为二次支护技术理念,当巷道围岩的变形能得到释放后,要及时进行二次支护。确定以“锚网喷”二次支护和注浆支护为二次支护方式,防止围岩继续破坏。
Surrounding rock of Zhoujiawan Mine Roadway is soft rock with deep burial and high ground stress. After a support, roadway deformation serious damage, the need for secondary support.
