针对在造粒工序加入脲甲醛溶液生产脲醛缓释复合肥,受造粒物料液相必须满足成粒条件的影响,脲甲醛溶液喷入量受到制约,致使冷水不溶氮达不到行业标准HG/T 4137—2010要求的问题,提出了在混合工序加入粉状脲醛缓释氮肥、在造粒工序加入脲甲醛溶液二步法生产脲醛缓释复合肥工艺。介绍了脲醛缓释复合肥二步法生产工艺、产品特性、应用效果,认为该工艺能够大幅度提高冷水不溶氮含量,肥效更加稳定、持久。
Aiming at the problem that the liquid phase of granulated material must meet the conditions of granulation when the urea formaldehyde solution is added into granulation process to produce urea-formaldehyde sustained-release compound fertilizer, the injection amount of urea-formaldehyde solution is restricted and the insoluble nitrogen in cold water can not reach the industry standard HG / T 4137-2010 requirements, put forward in the mixing process adding powdered urea-formaldehyde sustained-release nitrogen fertilizer, urea-formaldehyde solution in the granulation process by two-step urea-formaldehyde process compound fertilizer production process. The production process, product characteristic and application effect of urea - formaldehyde slow release compound fertilizer are introduced. It is considered that the process can greatly increase the content of insoluble nitrogen in cold water, and the fertilizer efficiency is more stable and durable.
