本文分析了铁氧体基片的相对磁导率和基片磁路的约化磁化强度,给出了移相器相移量的计算公式,讨论了影响相移量的因素,推导了磁性基片上耦合带的导体衰减系数表达式,并给出了移相器插入损耗的计算公式。理论和实验结果相符。理论分析和实验结果都表明:弯曲钱型移相器的相移效率低和内谐振损耗高的缺点是可以克服的,高性能的移相器是能够实现的。
In this paper, the relative permeability of the ferrite substrate and the demagnetization of the magnetic circuit of the substrate are analyzed. The formula for calculating the phase shift of the phase shifter is given. The factors affecting the phase shift are discussed. The attenuation coefficient of the conductor in the on-chip coupling band is given and the formula for calculating the insertion loss of the phase shifter is given. The theoretical and experimental results match. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the shortcoming of the bent-money type phase shifter with low phase shift efficiency and high internal resonance loss can be overcome, and the high performance phase shifter can be realized.
