液滴蒸发机制目前引起人们广泛重视.通过研究纳米颗粒质量溶度为o.05%的Al2O3液滴在铁表面和玻璃表面的蒸发过程,发现液滴在铁表面蒸发时呈现4种蒸发形态:定接触线形态、定接触角形态、黏滑形态和不稳定形态;而在玻璃表面的蒸发只有不稳定形态.主要原因是液滴在铁表面蒸发时,固-液表面张力更大,形成定接触线蒸发形态;随着蒸发进行,液滴温度下降,气-液表面张力变大,因而产生黏滑形态.“,”The mechanism of droplet evaporation has been attracted many attentions.By studying the evaporation process of nanofluid droplets with a mass fraction 0.05% of Al2O3 on the surface of iron and the surface of glass,it was found that the droplets evaporation shown four morphologies on the iron surface,including the constant contact diameter morphology,the constant contact angle morphology,the sticky slip morphology and the unstable morphology,while the evaporation on the glass surface only shown one unstable morphology.The main reason is that when the droplets begin to evaporate on the iron surface,the surface tension of the solid-liquid is larger and the constant contact diameter morphology is formed.And with the development of droplet evaporation,the droplet temperature decreases and the surface tension of the gas-liquid becomes larger,the sticky slip morphology is formed.While as for the glass surface,the unstable morphology is formed for its smooth.
