本文对Ni—C,电热合金加入0.2%混合稀土元素前、后的氧化动力线,高温下晶粒度长大规律,高温下经不同时间保温后的力学性能及高温快速寿命作了对比实验,肯定了稀土元素的良好作用。并对其机理作了探讨,通过金相、电镜观察,x射线物相分析及电子探针微区成分的测定,初步察明了稀土元素的作用规律。
In this paper, comparative experiments were carried out on the oxidation kinetic curves of Ni-C and electric alloys before and after the addition of 0.2% mixed rare earth elements, the regularity of grain growth at high temperature, the mechanical properties after high temperature and the fast life at high temperature, Affirmed the good role of rare earth elements. The mechanism of the rare earth elements was also discussed. Through the observation of metallography, electron microscopy, x-ray phase analysis and determination of the micro-region of the electron probe, the action law of the rare earth elements was initially identified.
