核桩冠修复是对残根、残冠固定修复的常用方法,目前大多采用直接法在口内制作,费时费力操作困难。自1997年始,我们利用红膏采用间接法制作桩核冠修复200余例,取得了满意的效果。现报告如下。 临床资料:材料:0.8不锈钢丝,红膏,藻酸盐印模材,超硬石膏,嵌体蜡。方法;①取印模制作石膏模型。患牙经过常规根管口制备后,局部隔湿吹干,用探针导入液体石蜡油,取烤软的红膏适量缠裹在2cm长不锈钢丝(钢丝表面磨成粗糙面)上,修整成长条形,趁其软化时插入根管内,稍加压力,以排除气泡并使红膏完全充满根管内,冷却后取出红膏并观察完整性。如有缺陷,可将红膏烤软后重新操作,直到
