根据电子束改性材料在油润滑条件下的磨损试验过程的分析 ,对大量数据如负荷和摩擦力矩进行了归纳 ,总结了不同类型的加载速率和不同负荷对磨损过程的影响 ,并提出了油润滑条件下的滑动摩擦磨损存在临界磨损负荷PL。PL 反映了摩擦过程的规律 ,负荷小于PL 时 ,摩擦副材料的磨损率决定了摩擦过程将趋于稳定 ;负荷大于或等于PL 时 ,摩擦副接触面发生磨损切削反应 ,加剧磨损过程 ,引起摩擦系数跳变。摩擦系数与加载速率有关 ,但受临界磨损负荷PL 制约。
According to the analysis of the wear test process of electron beam modified materials under the conditions of oil lubrication, a large amount of data such as load and friction torque are summed up, and the influences of different types of loading rates and different loads on the wear process are summarized. Sliding friction and wear under lubrication conditions have a critical wear load PL. PL reflects the law of the friction process. When the load is less than PL, the wear rate of the friction material determines that the friction process will stabilize.
