油田采出水回注处理的现状以及发展展望

采油水是指在采油的过程中,随着原油一同采出的地层水。由于地层的差异,采用的过程也各不相同,因此,采出水的成分也比较复杂,通常来说,不能直接进行排放或者回注。在我国,大部分的油田都经历了初期阶段,逐渐进入中期和后期阶段,因此,采出的油中含水量已经超过70%,有的油田中的含水量已经达到了90%,含油污水量比较大,若在未经过处理的情况下直接排放,则会造成严重的水污染,甚至引发火灾,影响人民群众的生命财产安全。因此,要对采出水进行处理,并进行回注,从而可以有效的节约水资源。本文阐释了我国油田采出水的水质状况,并分析了采出水处理回注的现状,并对未来的发展进行了展望。 Production water refers to the process of oil production, along with the crude oil produced by the formation of water. Due to differences in strata, the process used varies, so the composition of the produced water is also more complex, generally can not be directly discharged or re-injection. In our country, most of the oilfields have gone through an initial stage and gradually entered the middle and late stages. As a result, the water content of the produced oil has exceeded 70%, and the water content in some fields has reached 90%. The amount of oily wastewater If it is directly discharged without being treated, it will cause serious water pollution and may even cause a fire and affect people’s life and property safety. Therefore, to process the produced water and re-injection, which can effectively save water resources. This article illustrates the water quality of the produced water in China and analyzes the status quo of the recharge of the produced water. The future development is also forecasted.
