The low-loss reflective analog phase shifter circuit is introduced and the experimental results are reported. This circuit combines several design features to create a linear 360 ° phase shift in the X-band and to achieve a drop of ± 4.8dB with only 4.8dB insertion loss at all phase conditions. These results improve the previously reported X-band phase shifter performance with large phase shift range, small attenuation, and low variation with phase state changes.
