制备了含离子液体基元的聚乙二醇(PEG)线型齐聚物(LIL)与聚乳酸(PLA)的共混物,并采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和偏光显微镜(POM)研究了LIL对PLA结晶动力学和晶体结构的影响。DSC测试结果表明,LIL提高了PLA的结晶速率。POM结果显示,随着共混物中LIL含量的增加,PLA在单位时间内形成晶核的数量明显减少,但球晶半径随时间的变化率逐渐增大,说明LIL对PLA的成核有一定的抑制作用,但可以促进PLA球晶的生长。
A blend of polyethylene glycol (PEG) linear oligomer (LIL) and polylactic acid (PLA) containing ionic liquid was prepared and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and polarizing microscope ) Studied the influence of LIL on the crystallization kinetics and the crystal structure of PLA. DSC test results show that LIL increases the crystallization rate of PLA. POM results showed that with the increase of LIL content in PLA, the number of PLA nuclei formed per unit time decreased obviously, but the rate of change of spherulites’ radius increased with the increase of time, indicating that LIL had some nucleation on PLA Inhibition, but can promote the growth of PLA spherulites.
