目的为了探讨神经肽-降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)内皮素- 1(ET- 1)在类风湿关节炎 (RA)发病机制中的作用。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定了 35例 RA病人和 25例健康人血浆 ET- 1和 CGRP水平。结果 RA相对活动组血浆 ET- 1显著高于健康人和 RA相对稳定期组 (P< 0.01),而 CGRP则显著低于健康人和 RA相对稳定期组 (P< 0.05)。治疗 3个月后, ET- 1水平与治疗前相比无明显差异 (P >0.05),而 CGRP与治疗前相比有明显差异 (P< 0.05)。直线相关分析表明:血浆 ET- 1与 CGRP呈显著负相关。结论 ET- 1与 CGRP的失衡可能是 RA发生发展的重要因素。测定血浆 ET- 1和 CGRP水平的变化,可望作为判断 RA病情严重程度和治疗效果的一个指标。
Objective To investigate the role of neuropeptide - calcitonin gene - related peptide (CGRP), endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods The levels of plasma ET-1 and CGRP in 35 patients with RA and 25 healthy people were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma ET-1 in RA relative activity group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group and RA stable phase group (P <0.01), while CGRP was significantly lower than that in healthy control group and RA stable phase group (P <0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the level of ET-1 was not significantly different from that before treatment (P> 0.05), while CGRP was significantly different from that before treatment (P <0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that: plasma ET-1 and CGRP showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion The imbalance between ET-1 and CGRP may be an important factor in the development of RA. Determination of plasma ET-1 and CGRP level changes, is expected to be used as a judge RA severity of the disease and treatment of an indicator.
